We’ve recently been made aware that some NEIGHBORING BUSINESSES are sharing that they’ve spoken with us directly and that we are no longer moving forward with Ackx Grinder Coffee.
We want to kindly and clearly state: that is 100% incorrect. No one has contacted us to ask, and we are absolutely still moving forward.
We’ve always committed to being transparent about our progress — and yes, even our frustrations. Building something from the ground up is not for the faint of heart. The process has taken longer than we hoped, and we won’t pretend that hasn’t been disappointing at times. But what has never changed is our commitment.
There WILL BE an Ackx Grinder Coffee shop off Highway 26.
This dream didn’t start halfway — and we have zero desire to stop halfway. We are fully committed not only to opening our doors, but to creating a destination that pours back into this community, supports local schools, and becomes a place we can all be proud of.
If there’s one takeaway from this post, let it be this:
We are open to any and all conversations. Our frustrations are your frustrations. We want this open just as badly as you do, and we are doing everything within our power to make it happen.
The timeline may not be ideal… but when the day comes, it is going to be so worth the wait.
We truly cannot wait.
