Stuffing is my most favorite food on the planet. Like, it may sound pathetic, but, for real. Stouffer’s is always my go-to. Hey no shame in it, I get it!
However, you guys, this is actually so good! It’s real ingredients, no preservatives.
Bread with ingredients you can actually read: flour, water, egg, butter, honey, yeast and salt. My own blend of seasonings, onion and celery. I’m so excited, because it’s that good!
I’ll either have the bag ready for you to take and make up yourself or I can prep it all and have you take and bake it. And yes I’m going to try GF next to make sure it works well!

Homemade bread stuffing for Thanksgiving? 👀(Gluten Free Too!!)

I am working on some seasoning blend trials and getting closer to a signature blend.
It may be gross outside, but we’ll take the rain — we definitely need it! 🌧️

And good news for breakfast lovers… croissants are back! 🥐 Along with English muffins, perfect for a breakfast sandwich (and of course, coffeeeee ☕️).

Final bottle just went out the door from my first bottling of vanilla extract! I’ve been “steeping” more Madagascar vanilla beans for the last 9 months and more bottles and labels are on the way. I should have that bottled up and ready to go in the next couple weeks! These make great gifts or additions to gifts baskets!!

American Chop suey in the fridge, and the taco bake is cooling. Croissant breads are ready, scones are out, cakes and fruit breads are in the fridge and my flour showed up finally.
So I’m off to do more English muffins as the last pack just went out the door a little bit ago!! Thanks so much everyone!! ♥️♥️
