Hurrah!

Took a bit longer than we planned (or wanted), but we'll be open again on Friday, bright and early...a bit before noon. "Early" is such a subjective term, no?

Unless someone hooks up the noodle machine to ChatGPT, leading to a Terminator-style noodleocalpyse, we should be fine from here on out.

It's looking like a few days before the bar half opens up again, but that shouldn't take long.

Hello Umami Noodle Bar fans!

We'll be temporarily closed this week to enhance what we do. Like, polishing the noodle machine and getting used to these new Italian sodas. But! But! In two shakes of lamb's tail, we will be ready and better than ever. If you don't like lambs, two shakes of your favorite animal's tail.

Saturday & Sunday (so, the 7th & 8th), Umami (both the restaurant part and The Bar With No Name) will be cash only (unfortunately & oddly) due to technical issues.

We swear that it's not because of someone spilling miso in the router. Honestly.

Fortunately, there's an ATM on just the other side of West Market Square (sort of behind Paddy Muphy), and hopefully we'll get the miso clea- ...I mean, we'll get our IT Team on it & have things all 21st century, ASAP.

So yes: please visit us, please eat our food, please use cash.

Try the miso! It barely tastes like router!

Speaking of, we're closed today because of the snow. Actual snow, not snow mushrooms.

(we still have shiitake mushrooms, but I doubt we'll ever have to close early due to shiitake weather)
