This week's meal prep is about as simple as it gets.
Chicken wraps.
Nothing fancy. Nothing complicated. Just something easy that works.
I used:
* Carb Balance wraps
* Thin chicken strips
* Half a slice of Swiss cheese
* Half a slice of Colby Jack cheese
* Lettuce
Each wrap gets two chicken strips, so four total for two wraps.
The biggest tip?
Keep the sauce on the side.
That way the wraps stay fresh and don't get soggy sitting in the fridge.
I paired mine with Wilde Queso chips because they add a little extra protein and honestly they're pretty good.
Simple meal prep.
Good protein.
Minimal effort.
Exactly how I like it.
