Former Pastry Wizard and Kitchen Manager of Rio Grande Grill Drew Mann and his family are about to launch a new Food Truck in Harlingen.

Drew really was a huge part of all of our flavor profile at Rio Grande Grill , his attention to detail is second to none and is one of the best cooks I know. I wish y’all all the best from your Rio Grande Grill Fam!! Soooo very proud , cannot wait to see y’all soon!! Congrats to 1848 BBQ on an amazing feature
