Unfortunately we had to raise our prices just a bit due to the rising cost of our supplies. John held off on raising them for as long as he could because he hates to charge his customers too much but the time has come to where he has to take it up some. There isn't much of a difference, we went up...50¢ sandwiches, $1 subs, 25¢ drinks, $1.50 on the meals. We hope this doesn't change our customers love for us & we apologize but we had to do it.

We are looking for some help. With summer coming up we get really busy & need extra help. Anyone who has worked in a fast food restaurant before please reach out ASAP.

South Baltimore has lost another long-time resident and a true gentleman. Mr. Russ moved here in the late 1970s after docking with the Navy and meeting his wife on a blind date. He knew this was where he wanted to raise his family. Many knew him as Russell, Sean, and Justin's dad, while others knew him as Mr. Russ. If you had the honor of knowing him, your life was richer for it. Mr. Russ worked at the Federal Reserve by Camden Yards for many years before retiring due to health issues. Anyone who knew him knew he was honest, loving, and kind, making the world a better place. During this Christmas season, when many are struggling, any donation to our fundraiser would be greatly appreciated. If you cannot donate, please share our fundraiser. His boys and I thank you in advance for any help. Merry Christmas!

OR just stop by Steve’s Lunch on any giving day. We have a few old timers that could teach you youngins a thing or two about the good ole’ days!!!

This old timer was born in 1941 on this very day which makes him 82 years old ....and out of all the places this gentleman could have gone he chose to spend his birthday at a local gas station drinking a cup of coffee at 6:45 in the morning while thumbing through an antique tractor magazine.

These are the kind of role models that kids these days need to stop and talk to. I've yet to meet one person that would turn you away or not want you to sit down with them to give you a story with a life lesson.

These are the men that built this country...

Kids, go up to the local small town gas station, Sit down, buy them a cup of coffee and just listen... they will educate you more about life in 30 minutes than any text book ever could teach you.
