First, Thank you God for giving me the strength in this difficult time, such a difficult 2020 and an even tougher 2021, we never thought that life would give us so many trials for a moment I thought about retiring from the kitchen, my passion for cooking ended. I am a cook with feelings and what my great-grandmother and my mother taught me is to cook with love. June and July are such painful and changing months. reinvent yourself start over from scratch reassemble a new team. start a different life but full of Faith .....
Thank you dear friends and clients for still calling, for trying to make a reservation and I apologize for not having attended you for having the restaurant closed for canceling advance reservations ... In August we will start working with a lot of love and passion and we will attend only Thursdays Friday and Saturday.

Pimero Gracias Dios por darme las fuerzas en este dificil momento un 2020 tan dificil y un 2021 aun mas duro, nunca pensamos que la vida nos de tantas pruebas por un momento pense en retirarme de la cocina, mi pasion por cocinar llego apagarse. soy un cocinero con sentimiento y lo que me enseno mi bisabuela y mi madre es cocinar con amor . Junio y Julio meses tan dolorosos y de cambios. reinventarse volver a empezar de cero volver a armar aun equipo nuevo. empezar una vida diferente pero llena de Fe.....
Gracias queridos amigos y clientes por aun llamar , por tratar de hacer una reserva y les pido mil disculpas por no haberlos atendido por tener el restaurante cerrado por cancelar reservas anticipadas... En Agosto empezaremos a trabajar con mucho amor y pasion y atenderemos solo jueves viernes y sabado.

We do not think that it will be almost 1 year that we close due to the covid a super hard year for restaurants and especially for small restaurants, we have to rethink how much more we can continue and what to do in these times, new challenges, new dreams, but always with what we are most passionate about Peruvian cuisine .. Thank you for helping us with your orders and with your love for us.
