Hull Street Blues Cafe Welcome! Cheers! What began as a saloon in 1889 is today the Hull Street Blues Cafe established in 1984 - one of the best neighborhood treasures in Baltimore.

It is wedged among blocks of row houses in South Baltimore's Locust Point, on a side street named after Isaac Hull, a naval hero in the war of 1812. Also in his honor is the Cafe's dining room, the Commodore Room. It gives the place a split personality as the adjacent room can be filled with locals lining a 40 foot long bar enjoying locally brewed beer, and Baltimore sports! Mondays - $8 Burgers

We're officially one month away! Join us September 11th-13th for special Defenders’ Day programs, living history demonstrations, and musical performances. 💣🪈🥁

Celebrated since 1815, Defenders’ Day is Baltimore’s oldest holiday and honors the successful defense of the city from British attack in 1814 and the writing of the national anthem. This year’s events will explore 250 years of the fort’s history as an artillery garrison, hospital, training ground, and national park site.

Bring your family and friends for a day of history, music, fun, and fireworks!
