What's equally important to us is what's not in our food, including excess sugar and processed goods. Whenever possible, we use local and organic ingredients, and we closely weigh our options on the occasions where we choose outside those parameters. In addition, we carefully consider our menu planning to create as little waste as possible, meaning a brighter future for the people we serve.
