When you enjoy oysters at Dylan’s Oyster Cellar, you’re part of a circular Chesapeake Bay restoration effort. We recycle all of our shells through the Oyster Recovery Partnership, where they’re cured and returned to the Chesapeake Bay to provide habitat for baby oysters. Those oysters grow into reefs that filter the water and support marine life—so the oysters you eat today help create the oysters and cleaner bay of tomorrow. 🦪🌊🌎
