Solidarity with Baby's On Fire Workers United!

The workers of Baby's On Fire are losing their jobs after organizing a union to have a voice in their workplace which we all deserve the right to. Union busting hurts everyone, but solidarity makes us strong. 10% of all orders on Sunday will go towards the workers' go fund me to support their living expenses.

🎉 Common Ground is Hiring‼️

We are on the search for 2 folks who are interested in full-time work!

Our front of house includes a variety of positions including barista, kitchen, expo and point of sale. Applicants should be experienced in these areas of work, ideally in a fast paced and high volume environment!

Our back of house includes dishwashing, bakery and prep for various departments!

For both roles: starting pay after tips is around $19-$22 per hour. Benefits include: paid time off, mutual aid, sick time, paid breaks, and free shift meals. All workers are on track toward worker-ownership, equal share, and shared governance in the workplace.
