My name is Sharlot Owens and I established Just Elbows 9816 in 2017. The concept came from Aunt Inee's Mac & Cheese Recipe which I tweaked and tweaked until I came up with the current recipe. It was always delicious but now it's on a whole new level. I started adding delicious toppings like slow-roasted beef, sweet spicy shrimp, savory Italian meatballs, crispy fried chicken, and succulent pulled pork and the rest is history.
Just Elbows 9816 will be located in the New Lexington Market in downtown Baltimore. We will be offering online ordering via 3rd party vendors. We will also feature a different Mac & Cheese Specialty monthly. If you're looking for the best Mac & Cheese in the Baltimore/Washington area come on down!
