I’m happy to announce E&C Foods got our 1st booking of the season at the Bio Park Farmers Market in downtown Baltimore.

Thank you to everyone who supported our food stand and everyone who came to the farmers market. We will be back next Wednesday starting at 11am.

Sadly, the weekend before thanksgiving my Food Truck and my wife's car was hit while parked. My wife's car was totaled and my Food Truck suffered extensive frontend and engine damage. The driver was arrested onsite after his failed sobriety test. The damage to our cars and 4 other cars was extensive but the damage to the driver's care was little to non and he was uninjured. It's crazy to think of the irresponsibility and risks people take with themselves and others by stepping behind the wheel of a car while intoxicated. Luckily no one was hurt. They say everything happens for a reason even if we can't understand what that reason is at the time.

We will be pausing our Food Truck Business until further notice! Thank you to everyone who follows our page and reached out with their condolences. We had high hopes of starting up again this upcoming March and summer season.

Our first Food Truck event and soft opening was a HUGE success! Thank you to everyone who attended, we completely sold out of everything and some people even came back for 2nd's. I'm completely honored and proud of our accomplishments, and my family for supporting me! We started this journey with an idea and look how far we came!

It was a long process, but we purchased a Dodge Sprinter in 2020 and converted it into a Food Truck in 2021 and vended at our first event in 2022.
