Our five scoop sundae pays homage to Tom—our close family friend who was a bona fide ice cream connoisseur- and the reason we planted roots in Balsam so many years ago. Find your favorite flavors, or split among the whole family!

We’re kicking off the long weekend with three new popcorn flavors! Jalapeño Cheddar, Dill, and Kettle Corn join the summer lineup, alongside the classic Cheddar, White, and Balsam Blend.

We are excited for the official start of summer this weekend! We are celebrating with new summer Thursday hours and a sweet new treat!

Join us this long weekend for a Strawberry Rhubarb Sundae- sweet strawberries, tart rhubarb, and creamy ice cream- summer in a cup!

Summer Thursdays start this week—4-8pm. We will have extended hours for the weekend, including Memorial Day!
