Stacie is a from scratch baker who believes happiness is homemade! Stacie has a dream of owning a little bakery someday where she can share her creations with others who find joy and comfort in eating the sweetest little things! To Stacie, baking is a labor of love. A love that is meant to be shared with others so you can see them smile!
Until her dream of a little old fashioned brick and mortar bakery becomes a reality, Stacie is delivering delicious smiles to her client's out of her Mechanicville home. Birthday, Wedding, Shower, or Holiday, Stacie has you covered. Everyday gatherings like coffee or tea with friends, book club meetings, work meetings, get well soon and thank you baskets, large, or small, Stacie promises to deliver high quality delicious homemade baked goods.
Stacie’s love of baking began as a small child while working in the kitchen with her grandmother. (This is also where her famous Banana Bread originated from!) As an adult, Stacie continued to bake,creating recipes, and always sharing her treats with her own co -workers, as well as sending platters into work with her husband. Christmas baking in Stacie’s house has always been a 3 month process for her. Over the 3 months leading up to the holiday, she would create 12 different cookies (5 dozen each), 5 different fudges, and of course banana breads! All this deliciousness was gifted to family and friends throughout the holiday season.
