🍕Today we celebrated 40 years to the day. On May 12 1986 my father Paul Sr, my mom Donna, Uncle Mike and Aunt Sue began the journey with myself as the first employee while in high school.

🍕A few years later we opened up a second location in Wilton and that’s where I was first involved to ownership . My wife Diane and I operated that location before we built the current building with my uncle in 2002 next door to the original Plaza at Cumberland Farms.

🍔Since 2021, along with my wife Diane and now my son Nick (3rd generation)and his wife Luisa and our 1st granddaughter Sadie (future 4th generation) we continue the tradition my father and uncle started.
