Back to School Taco Lunch! 🎉

Join us this Monday from 11am–1pm at Sullivan Square for a Back to School Taco Bar celebrating all our students — from our littlest preschoolers to our high schoolers — as they kick off a brand new school year!

We'll have tacos, drinks, and plenty of good company. Come hungry, bring the whole family, and let's celebrate a great year ahead together!

We can't wait to see you and your kids there!

You know the recipe. The one that's not written down anywhere because it lives in someone's hands, not a cookbook. No measurements, no instructions, just 'a little of this, until it looks right.

Watching it get made a hundred times before you ever tried it yourself, and even then, it never quite tasted the same as theirs.

That's the energy behind these beef ribs today. Low and slow, no shortcuts, no rushing it, the old way, the way it's supposed to be done.

There's something about a pot that's been sitting on the stove for hours. It doesn't matter what's actually in it; the whole house already knows something good is coming.

Help us in wishing Ms. Louise a happy 90th birthday.

Louise has been coming in since the very first day we opened, with her friend Dr. Lewis, she also comes in with a smile and a greeting for all of us here at El Patron.

Louise is always willing to share her experiences and life with us and is always open to learning something new.

She enjoys watching families come in with their children at El Patron Baldwin, which brings her back to her days as a mother and now as a great-great-grandmother.

Cheers to another year of life and health for a great lady like Ms. Louise, as she has been over the years.

Help us in wishing Dr. Lewis a happy 90th birthday.

Dr. Lewis has been coming in since the very first day we opened and has always came in with a smile and greeting to all of us here at El Patron.

Every time Dr. Lewis comes in he teaches us something new whether it be a new word he learned in Spanish or something he learned reading a book or the dictionary.

He’s told us countless stories about his past growing up and his time as a veterinarian. He enjoys watching family’s eat with their kids here at El Patron Baldwin.

Cheers to another year of life and health to a great person like Dr. Lewis has been over the years.

How do you like your torta?

Do you like it with avocado,tomato and the works or just simple with the meat and cilantro and onions?

I prefer a torta al pastor with everything on it and some spicy salsa to go along with it as well!
