16 YEARS!!! That's how long Kansas has waited for horse racing to return, and WOW, did y'all come out to celebrate!!! 🎉🐎

Today at Eureka Downs was absolutely INCREDIBLE!

🎉 OVER 3,000 PEOPLE!
🎉 A SOLD-OUT DAY!
🎉 AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAJUN GOODNESS!

We knew it was going to be a big day, but GOOD GRACIOUS, EUREKA! Y'all showed up and showed OUT! 😂💛

We want to give a HUGE shoutout to our buddy Jason with KC Corn Dogs! 🌭❤️

We invited him to come join us because we were originally going to be the only food truck out here, and THANK GOODNESS HE CAME! Between us, Jason, and Pizza Hut inside, there were a whole lot of hungry folks to feed!

And boy, did y'all keep us busy!

🥣 We sold ALMOST ALL of today's gumbo!

🥔 We sold EVERY LAST BITE of today's potato salad!

Which means somebody gets to go make ANOTHER batch of potato salad for tomorrow! 🤣🤣

Apparently, y'all really like that stuff! 😂💛

But seriously, from the bottom of our hearts…

Well, Squeezer Family… we survived ROUND ONE at Englewood Florist this morning, and apparently we haven't learned our lesson yet! 🤣

So we're packing up the chaos and heading down to the WEST BOTTOMS for ROUND TWO!

Over 80 crazy Pockets done and let me tell you the sausage gravy one is out of this world delicious but then there is the Boudin ones. What am I saying they are freaking delicious. Now onto Gumbo, rice and potato salad. It's been fun creating all of these wonderful recipes to share with all of you!! I can't wait to here all the feedback on these new items. Should we keep them or should I add something totally different?

I don't know exactly what happened over here at the Squeezers Empire, but Crystal has apparently decided that sleep is optional and EVERYTHING CAN GO INSIDE A HOT POCKET. 😂

She's currently making FROM SCRATCH:

Yep. BOUDIN. IN. A. HOT. POCKET. ⚜️🔥

🥟 27 Biscuits & Gravy Hot Pockets
Yeah… you heard that right too. 😂
