You may have already seen a new face around the Shoals Club! 👋

We’re so excited to welcome Chef Alfredo Barrios, CEC, CCE, CCA, as Executive Chef of Shoals Club.

Chef Alfredo has been with us for about a month now, getting to know our members, our team, and the dining experience that makes Shoals so special. With more than 20 years of culinary leadership experience across private clubs, luxury resorts, and fine dining, he brings a strong background in creating thoughtful menus, developing culinary teams, and delivering memorable member experiences.

Since joining Shoals, Chef Alfredo has already begun bringing fresh ideas to the culinary program, with a focus on seasonal ingredients, coastal and regional flavors, expanded menu variety, and member feedback.

You’ll likely see Chef Alfredo around the Club and in our dining outlets, so if you spot him, be sure to say hello and help us give him a warm Shoals welcome!

We’re thrilled to have him as part of the Shoals Club family and can’t wait for our members to enjoy everything he and the culinary team have ahead.

What a wonderful Annual Labor Day Weekend Party: Ibiza Nights! 🌴✨ Despite the weather, we made the very best of it and loved seeing everyone show up ready to celebrate the end of the season with us.
