Loaded Pickle Protein Bowl Recipe 🥒🥚
Ingredients
* 1 cup sliced pickles
* 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
* 1/2 cup smoked sausage, sliced
* 3–4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
* 1 boiled egg
* 2–3 tbsp creamy dressing
* 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
* Black pepper to taste
Creamy Dressing
* 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayo
* 1 tbsp pickle juice
* 1 tsp mustard
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* Pinch of salt and black pepper
Directions
1. Add sliced pickles to the bottom of a clear glass bowl.
2. Add chopped cooked chicken on top.
3. Add sliced smoked sausage and crispy bacon pieces.
4. Place one boiled egg on the side of the bowl.
5. Mix Greek yogurt or mayo, pickle juice, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the creamy dressing.
6. Drizzle the dressing over the bowl.
7. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and black pepper on top.
8. Serve chilled or slightly warm, depending on preference.
