More than enough to go around. Huge shout out to everyone who attended our intro to coffee processing methods tasting class. I was overjoyed by each person's enthusiasm and desire to learn more about specialty coffee. I hope we can find more opportunities to get coffee nerds all in the same room, regardless of which brand they represent. Thank you to Brainwave Coffee Roasters for co-hosting this experience with us.

We still have smiles on our faces from our grand opening. Thank you to every person who attended, supported us in any way, bought some coffee, ate a waffle, or were just there to encourage us during the process. It's hard to put into words what goes into something like this. There are so many odd realities to bootstrapping coffee shops. From winning ice machines at auction to building a team that really cares about people.

After all is said and done our biggest win will always be the community we are building. SPECIALTY COFFEE FOR EVERYONE until the wheels fall off ❤️
