Juan I want to take a few minutes to tell you something from the heart.
Today is your last day with us after nearly three years at Mama Tosca’s. While it is difficult to say goodbye, we are also incredibly proud of you. From the day you joined our team, I could see your willingness to work hard, learn, and move forward in life. Over time, you continued to grow, improve, and earn your place, becoming not only an excellent server but also a very valuable member of our team.
As an owner, one of the greatest satisfactions I have is seeing people grow within this company, and you are a perfect example of that. I am truly grateful for everything you have contributed over the years, your commitment to our guests, your daily effort, and the way you represented the values of Mama Tosca’s.
I know that today you are leaving because you have chosen to invest in your future and continue your education. I want you to know how much I admire that decision. Education and the desire to better yourself will always open new doors, and I have no doubt that you have the ability to achieve great things.
Beyond our working relationship, I want to thank you for the trust, time, dedication, and hard work you have given to this restaurant. People like you leave a lasting impact, and for that reason, I want you to remember that this will always be your home. The doors of Mama Tosca’s will always be open for you if you ever decide to come back.
I wish you nothing but success in everything that lies ahead. Continue working with the same humility, discipline, and determination that brought you this far. Thank you for these years of dedication and for being part of our story. We are proud of you and everything you have accomplished.
