Meet our other new lunch favorite: our Tuscan Turkey Croissant!

Turkey, pesto, fresh mozzarella, tomato, and balsamic drizzle… all tucked into a buttery, flaky croissant. A little savory, a little tangy, and a whole lot of delicious.

🚧 A little dust, a lot of excitement!

Construction on the Coffeehouse at Lawler’s facade begins Monday, October 19 and we’ll be OPEN during the work! ☕️

Things may look a little different outside while our building gets a fresh look, but your favorite drinks and friendly faces will still be here.

We’ll share any updates about access as construction progresses. Thank you for your patience and for continuing to support us through the mess. We can’t wait to show you the finished result! 💙

When I was about 20, I worked at a little coffee shop in Nixa, Missouri, called Aroma’s. It was known for its chicken salad sandwiches on croissants-and I mean known. Newspaper reviews, people driving into town just to get one… that kind of known.

I had never tried chicken salad before, and I was skeptical, to say the least. But eventually I gave it a chance, and I was hooked.

I started making it for my family, and they loved it too. It became the sandwich we packed for hikes, served at baby showers and wedding showers, and made whenever we needed a little pick-me-up.

This past week, I’ve been making it here at the coffeehouse, fiddling with the recipe and finally writing down actual measurements so someone besides me can make it. 😂

And I’ve had to make another batch every single day because our staff-and former staff-found out about it. Apparently, they’re fans too.

So today, I’m sharing a longtime family favorite with you: our chicken salad croissant. ❤️

Baker friends! 🎄❤️

We know it feels way too early to be talking about Christmas, but Operation Christmas Child starts today!

We are collecting shoeboxes to send to children in need around the world, and you can now stop by The Coffeehouse at Lawler’s to pick up an empty box along with information on what to pack.

Fill it with gifts, bring it back to us by Saturday, October 31, and we’ll take care of getting it where it needs to go. 🎁

It’s such a simple way for individuals, families, workplaces, or groups to make Christmas a little brighter for a child. ❤️💚
