We can travel to all surrounding area and out of town city. Additional fees may be added to your event for travel time and mileage. Event Date Scheduling Policy
All events require full payment to secure event day. Payment has to be paid in full no exceptions. If you need to schedule a payment plan someone can assist you. Cancellation Policy
Events need to be canceled within a
5 day notice before event. No refund is given due to rain or storm or change of plans. If cancelled payments will not be refunded but will be schedule for a future date. Customers are responsible for all permit, building renter, and location. Porter’s Shaved Ice will not be held accountable for misspellings or missing name information that was not provided to us and if catering is cancelled due to missing information that was not provided within the 2 weeks period of your event or damage of property.
