🚨 THE SECRET IS OFFICIALLY OUT. 🚨

The Backdoor is getting a little brother. 👀

Introducing The Loading Dock 📦🥪☕️

We originally took on this space for one big reason: catering.

As that side of our business has continued to grow, we needed more room to prep, cook, organize, and take on larger events without disrupting the day-to-day operations at the Backdoor.

But if we were going to have a whole second kitchen, we figured we might as well put it to work. 😉

What started as a practical idea to help cover the overhead of the new space quickly turned into something we got pretty excited about: a small, simple breakfast and lunch spot built around really good food and easy grab-and-go options.

So, The Loading Dock was born.

We’ll be serving breakfast sandwiches and a light lunch menu featuring specialty sandwiches on wraps, ciabatta, or our massive roasted garlic loaves, available by the half or whole.

The main purpose of this new space will remain our growing catering operation, but during the day, we’re opening the doors and feeding you, too.

More details to come, but opening date is tomorrow at 7 am, and plenty of food pictures are coming very soon.
