When the arugula starts coming in from our island friends at Sol Farm, you know summer has officially arrived. 🌱
A few familiar favorites are back with a fresh twist. The Rucola salad is loaded with island-grown arugula, strawberries, hazelnuts, fennel, cana de oveja(a buttery Spanish sheep’s milk cheese) fennel pollen, and balsamic vinaigrette.
And the Prosciutto e Rucola pizza returns with pomodoro, mozzarella, basil, grana padano, olive, prosciutto, and a generous pile of that beautiful Sol Farm arugula finished with San Daniele oil.
Good ingredients don’t need much and we love bringing in the freshest seasonal ingredients from our local farms.
