Visiting all 50 states was probably on your bucket list, but studies show that out of 50 states, 8 is the average number most people have visited. Sadly, many never leave the state in which they were born. Put an X by all the states you have been to. Put a XX where you have lived. Passing through an airport counts--but flying over doesn't. The average is 8 for Americans.

Sure, I focus on food as a way to be healthy. However, there are many paths to good health. One of them is overlooked: that of creativity. Creativity figured in largely to my own healing path. When I began to make colorful art, it was a way I was able to release emotions inside me that had no words. There are several ways to be creative in life. The research suggests that engaging with creative arts can have a multitude of benefits!
