Sometimes you have to take one of the most popular sauces we offer and add a little twist— enter Calabrian Chili. With a little heat our house vodka sauce springs to new life, partnered with a few spiced shrimp and our handmade fresh fettuccine. Spicy vodka sauce has been a secret menu option for a long time, it’s nice to formally introduce you.

Our classic cannoli filling cut with coconut cream, studded with toasted coconut and piped generously into a cannoli shell…the dessert comes to life with a drizzle of mango puree, dunked or spooned or licked off the plate. (Coconut is our chef’s favorite sweet treat flavor, so you know this was done with obsessive love of toasty coconut).

The Via Rosa 11 market will be closed on MONDAY, MAY 25th for Memorial Day!

So you know what that means…take advantage of our open hours this coming week and STOCK UP on your favorite lasagnas, pastas, and sauces. Oh, and if you are visiting someone this beautiful Memorial Day Weekend pick up a little gift (a gorgeous bottle of vino comes to mind) to thank your host!
