Since 1984 we are Bainbridge Islands oldest owner operated restaurant using a 129yr old Sourdough!

Family owned and operated for over 37 years we have been using a 127 year old sourdough starter from the Klondike gold rush to make our sourdough pizza crust. We are the oldest owner operated restaurant on Bainbridge Island!

We love Frog Rock & Ladybug!! 🐸🐞The Frog Rock pizza is named after our beloved Bainbridge landmark, made with pesto sauce, sausage, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella. So, so good. Just don't feed it to wildlife! 😉🍕

🍕 BIG NEWS!!! 🍕 You can now order our sourdough Detroit-style pizzas when you walk in the shop! Not *quite* yet on the official menu, you can be one of the first to sample our unique rectangular pizzas when you walk through the door!

Made with the same sourdough starter we all know and love, Detroits have a thicker crust that makes for an airy, chewy bite, with toppings piled high and sauce ladled on top! Before going in the oven, Detroit-style pies get an extra sprinkle of Wisconsin cheddar around the edges so the exterior crisps up into a delicious, crispy, cheesy crown, making this pizza absolute royalty. Open 7 days a week from 2:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Come on in and try it out!! 🍕🍕🍕

Next time you're here, say hi to our Head Chef, Jonathan! 👋🍕 At just 26 years old, Jonathan stepped up to be chef at That's a Some after working as a pizza cook at our sister pizzeria, Sourdough Willy's Pizzeria ().

As a kid, Jonathan was huge fan of Food Network and loved to cook with his Polish grandma, eventually finding his way to other hands-on jobs like working as a black iron pipe fitter at the shipyard, and as a home care aide for people with disabilities. But he's serious about cooking, and one day, he thinks he might start a restaurant of his own. But until then, he's focused on building a fun, intentional, good-natured team at That's a Some, and carry on the delicious sourdough pizza tradition. Great to have you here, Jonathan! 😁💪🍕
