A Thank you from Maria Grasse, manager of the Chives Food Trucks 🧡
Year one managing the Chives Food Trucks was a huge success, and somehow, summer flew by.

We had an incredible group of hardworking J-1 students with us this season, and we’re so sad to see them go. And to everyone who stopped by for pizza, pit beef, biscuit sandwiches and everything in between—thank you for supporting us all summer long.

The food trucks have a certain charm, sitting up on the hill looking out over the water. Nothing makes me happier than seeing smiling people eating, kids laughing and playing games, and dogs lounging in the shady grass.

And if you’ve never seen a Baileys Harbor sunrise, you’re missing out—I think I saw every single one this summer.

If you blink, you might miss it. The charm, the food, the memories. Summer went by way too fast, and we can’t wait to see you all again next year.
