Oh Man! It's Monday. I sat down three times yesterday to post the Specials. However three times I got distracted. I might have to stop having Specials if this keeps up....

It’s been a minute since I’ve done a Friday Night Post… I can’t even call it a Friday Night Post tonight. It was an Early Afternoon until Close kinda day. Wow!! Just Wow!!! The Crew did an Amazing Job! They prove every single day why they are the Best of the Best, but they sure Shine on Fridays! We ended the Night with 2 options left. Fish Fry or Fish Sandwich. We have Never Sold Out of Perch, Walleye, Bluegill, and Shrimp in one Night. Tina, Leah, Brooke, Aubrey, and Ava Rocked! They all kept it together as we were Running Out of Everything. At one point I don’t think we had a plate left in the Kitchen. I am sure you get tired of me telling you I have the Most Amazing Staff at the BNB. But honestly…. I don’t care. They work their butts off and deserve every single bit of recognition they get. We would not be the Greatest Little Cafe in the middle of nowhere if it wasn’t for them. Thank You to everyone that sat the extra minute chatting with the table next you while we navigated the kitchen. That’s what Fridays are for, making New friends or catching up with Old ones. Thank You again!! You’re Not just customers to us. You’re a part of the BNB Family.

Hey it's Monday... I thought I was doing so Good yesterday. I am cooking in the kitchen tonight, so i moved all my Monday tasks to Sunday. Well I forgot to do one of my Sunday tasks... Hahahaha!! This folks is why my life runs on Post It Notes. And I must add... It's Hot outside. Why do my fur covered pups insist on going for a walk? Really guys, just go potty in the yard, I don't want to walk around. It's Yucky! There's your Monday whine. The rest of the week is going to be Amazing because we have some Amazing Specials

I checked the weather again this Morning, hoping I read it Wrong yesterday. Nope it's going to be a Hot Week. I know I shouldn't complain because in January I am going to be complaining about the Cold and Snow. But Wowza it is sure Warm outside. But we have some Pretty Great Specials this week. Wednesday we are bringing back our Amazing BBQ Pork Ribs. Just for Fun I am making Cheesy Hash Browns to go with them. My Mom always made them to go with BBQ Ribs. So that must be the Only Option, Right...

Don’t Forget it’s Tradition at the BNB to be Closed for the 4th of July. Not only so I can celebrate my Born on Date but my Crew can Celebrate this Amazing Country we Live in. Stop down to Pittsville and visit our Friends at Horsin Around and Paulie’s. The entire community puts a ton of work into their 4th of July Celebration. We will see you Sunday at 6am, as always there’ll be Birthday Cake.
