Hello everyone!! Unfortunately we’ve been fighting a gremlin with the smoker last couple of weeks. We have the issue diagnosed and have the parts we need being overnighted to replace the drive motor which operates the rotisserie. Hoping to have it in time tomorrow for install and operation to cook overnight to be open Saturday. That’s best case scenario, so for the moment we are calling it for the next two days (Friday 8/14 and Saturday 8/15).
I am not happy about not being open but as things sit I can’t get the consistency that I expect what you all deserve.
Please be patient and hang tight, proper fix is in the mail, we will be back at it next week for sure.

Hello! Unfortunately we will be closed today (Wednesday 8/5).
We were out of town for a couple days and did not return in time yesterday to cook and prep last night for today.
We will be back at it tomorrow!!
