This week our Forkd Find of the Day, and the spotlight Saturday have temporarily swapped places!

Every food truck has a story, and this week we're excited to shine the spotlight on For The Streets

What started as a dream to build something centered around Faith. Family. Flavor. has grown into a family-owned food truck serving unique, rotating menus throughout Springtown and the surrounding communities.

Their mission was simple: build something that could provide for their family while sharing the food they genuinely love with the community.

One thing that makes For The Streets stand out is their rotating menus. Instead of serving the same dishes year-round, they switch things up every couple of weeks, introducing new cuisines while bringing back customer favorites everyone looks forward to.

Lao Sausage with Sticky Rice.

Made with fragrant lemongrass, fresh herbs and spices, served with sticky rice and their homemade spicy-sour Jeow Som ("crack sauce"), it's the one meal they said they could eat every single day.

Everything possible is made from scratch, and all of their meats are seasoned and marinated in-house.
