Trailer has been inspected, test ran, and is ready to go! Opening up at our permanent location outside of the Ventana Amenity center in Benbrook, TX October 16th! Fridays and Saturdays 7am-11am and Sundays and Mondays 7am-10:30am! Ventana Amenity Center 10327 Trail Ridge Dr Fort Worth, TX. In the mean time book us for you events!

We are BEYOND excited for this drop. Inspired by our Dutch friend we have perfected our own branded Stroopwafel. Java Pearl is now home of the Original Texas Stroopwafel! How can you get one of these? We will have this as a regular item on our food truck that we are planning on launching mid to late October. In the mean time if you want some reach out and we can make a drop off happen!

Lots of progress on our trailer! We have been working on some big things over the past 6 months. Last year we attempted to launch bottled lattes. We were actually doing amazing with them, but someone reported us. It turns out we had read the new cottage kitchen laws wrong so we had to shut it down. Even the inspector thought it was strange someone would report it for selling them in one store. It was really a simple fix we just needed a commercial license BUT the fact that someone would try to hurt a small family business was enough fuel for us to want to hit back hard. So that being said... Come August we launch the new trailer, new commercial bottles, a new specialty sweets side business, and even more!!!

We have always had so many awesome supporters and we are so excited to be able to bring all of you even more great product!!!

December 2025 you were AMAZING! Probably the busiest December we had. We did MULTIPLE teachers appreciation events. The pic above is from R.B. Godley where we got to serve teachers coffee and kids hot chocolate. We are blessed for the opportunities we had in 2025 and the people we were able to meet!
