Our air-cured products are made with care but during the hotter summer months, packages can experience prolonged exposure to high temperatures while in transit.

If you’re shipping to a warm climate, we strongly recommend selecting Cold Shipping at checkout. Frozen products are always shipped with temperature protection, but air-cured products will only receive cold packaging if this option is selected.

While we’ll always pack your order with care, we cannot be responsible for heat-related spoilage on air-cured products shipped without Cold Shipping.
