We have an app!! Wow, it’s pretty surreal to say that, but we couldn’t be more proud of all the hard work from our team to make this happen. It’s a huge step for us to be able to offer this to our guests especially as a small business! I know it may not seem like a big deal to the general public, but the financial investment in developing an app, managing it, the time to create it, etc… is a huge investment for a local business & we couldn’t be happier to do exactly that to make the Modern Grind experience even better for our beloved guests! Today is National Teacher Day! This week we are not only celebrating our amazing teachers but also our incredible nurses. Starting Monday, May 4th, teachers and nurses can enjoy their choice of a 16oz specialty latte paired with a delicious bagel and cream cheese for just $10!! So, teachers and nurses come on by and let us show our appreciation for you and all that you do!

Why do we have a teacher and nurse appreciation week? Well, our founder and owner Daphnie Kelly was a teacher before becoming a business owner, and she still has a heart for education, teachers, and young people! At the core of Modern Grind is a goal to give back, especially to those who serve such important roles in our community and are often under appreciated. Offering recognition and a yummy deal to our nurses and teachers is a small way that we can say thank you!��We also keep an open gift card to bless teachers with. Guests can load any amount & we can use it to purchase treats & drinks for teachers at the drive thru! So if you want to join us in saying thank you to our teachers and nurses, ask about this option when you order.
