Meet Executive Chef Angel Muñoz.

What started as a line cook position at The Westin Riverfront in 2012 has grown into more than a decade of culinary leadership. After working his way through the ranks to Executive Chef, Angel now leads the resort's culinary team as they bring Colletta's first Colorado location to life.

Driven by a passion for hospitality, mentorship, and creating memorable dining experiences, Chef Angel continues to shape every meal served at The Westin Riverfront.
