She’s almost ready! 🐷🔥 And we’ve already received SO many requests for events, catering, and private gatherings. We honestly can’t put into words how grateful and blessed we are for the incredible outpouring of support you’ve shown us. ❤️

We’re working hard behind the scenes to get everything ready, and we’re almost to the finish line! 🏁

✨ Another Big Announcement! ✨

When we said exciting things were coming, we meant it!

First, we want to share that Barleys Hideaway isn't going anywhere! While you'll notice a slight update to our logo, the heart of Barleys remains the same.
As we begin this new chapter, we're leaning even more into our passion for authentic smoked BBQ. We'll be expanding our menu with delicious plated smoked BBQ meals and even more creative, chef-inspired bites.

And don't worry—our handcrafted artisanal pizzas aren't leaving! They'll continue to be a staple on our menu alongside all the new flavors we can't wait for you to try.

Now for our second announcement...

🤎 Welcome to Hickory & Honey! 🤎

Hickory & Honey will be our BBQ Supply Store, Homestead Kitchen Boutique, and Old-Fashioned Candy Store—all under one roof!

You'll find:
🔥 BBQ rubs, sauces, smokers, grills, and accessories
🏡 Homestead kitchen essentials, gifts, and farmhouse-inspired décor
🍭 A nostalgic candy shop filled with old-fashioned favorites
🍰 Fresh rotating desserts every week
🍋 Fresh-squeezed lemonade made daily

We're thrilled to share that both Barleys Hideaway and Hickory & Honey will be located at Sadie's Place!

This is more than a new location—it's the beginning of something we've dreamed about for a long time. We can't wait to welcome you, serve amazing food, help you elevate your backyard BBQ, and create a place where family, friends, and community come together.

And we're not stopping there! 👀

Be sure to keep an eye on our upcoming announcements because Barleys Hideaway will be hitting the road! Beginning sometime in August, our food truck will be touring throughout Highlands County and parts of Polk County, bringing our BBQ, pizzas, and creative menu to communities all across the area.

We'll be posting a monthly calendar with all of our scheduled stops so you'll know exactly where to find us.

Today was truly unforgettable. ❤️

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Barleys Hideaway's last day at The Pour House with us. Seeing so many familiar faces, sharing laughs, enjoying great food, and celebrating together meant more than we can put into words.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for The Office Trivia! We had an absolute blast testing everyone's knowledge, hearing all the quotes, and laughing together. You all made it such a fun and memorable event!

As we close this chapter, we leave with full hearts and so much gratitude for the love and support this community has shown us. Avon Park will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we're excited for what's ahead as Barleys Hideaway begins its next adventure.

This isn't goodbye—it's see you later. We can't wait to welcome you back when we open our food truck in Sebring.

Until then, thank you for every meal shared, every conversation, every laugh, and every memory. We are forever grateful.

Tuesday, July 7 will be Barley's Hideaway's final day at The Pour House, and we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than with our favorite show—The Office!

Join us for The Office Trivia Night beginning at 6:00 PM, enjoy 99¢ wings, fresh pizza, cold drinks, and one last chance to make memories with us before we begin our next chapter.

This community has meant so much to us. From our very first customer to everyone who has become family along the way, thank you for supporting our dream. Your kindness, encouragement, and friendship will never be forgotten.

Let's make our last day one to remember. Bring your friends, wear your best Office attire if you'd like, and help us send Barley's Hideaway off with a full house.

Today we're celebrating 250 years of the United States of America and Barley's Birthday—what better reason to fire up the smoker and celebrate with great food and friends!

A huge thank you to all who have served, sacrificed, worked, and continue to make this country great. We are grateful for the freedoms we enjoy and the amazing community that supports local businesses like ours.

📣 Big News from Barley's Hideaway! 📣

To our amazing customers, friends, and community,
We want to take a moment to say thank you. We have truly loved our time in Avon Park and being a part of The Pour House. The support, friendships, and memories we've made along the way have meant more to us than words can express.

While this chapter is coming to a close, an exciting new one is about to begin.

As of July 11th, Barley's Hideaway will be departing from The Pour House.

We are incredibly grateful to the Avon Park community, our loyal patrons, and all the friends we've made during our time here. Your support has helped us grow, learn, and dream bigger than ever before.

But don't worry—Barley's Hideaway isn't going anywhere!

🚚 Big things are coming! We will be hitting the road with a Barley's Hideaway food truck in Sebring, with our temporary location to be announced soon. We expect to be serving the Sebring community sometime in August.

🏡 And that's not all! Our ultimate destination will be Sadie's Place, where we'll continue bringing you the BBQ, pizza, wings, and family-friendly atmosphere you've come to love.

This is not goodbye—it's simply the beginning of our next adventure.
