If anyone is looking for our BRAND NEW October Menu, you’ll have to wait just a little longer because Sophia and I are getting some pictures at the shop for my mom to post.

I really can’t put Saturday into words.

It was beautiful, emotional, powerful, healing, full of connection, awareness, education and compassion.

I wasn’t sure how this day would be received.

Domestic Violence is a very hard thing to talk about.

I will tell you though, that we received more messages of gratitude than ever before.

Over $900 was placed in our donation jar and an additional $1,000 will be donated to Lorain County Safe Harbor from our coffee shop.

A special thank you to Cara (from LCSH) for spending the day with us and to our beautiful staff in purple for working so hard to make Saturday extra special. (not pictured - Amy, Ally and Emma)

TOGETHER, we can do anything ✨

With love,

Erin

Sweet Emilie was able to catch parts of the day, but she had an amazing opportunity to learn from James Hoffmann. More on that soon!

Good morning! Just a friendly reminder that we are closed today. Most of our weekend staff was out celebrating Homecoming this weekend, so we are taking this day to rest, reset and prepare for Tuesday.

✨SATURDAY✨

Please join us tomorrow between the hours of 6:30 am and 2:30 pm as we bring awareness to a local organization doing such great work for our community Lorain County Safe Harbor

October is Domestic Violence Awareness month and we have partnered with LCSH to create a beautiful installation in our coffee shop honoring several local individuals and families that have lost their lives tragically due to domestic violence.

Tomorrow, all of the seats in our cafe will be reserved for these beautiful guests of ours.

However, all food, drinks and pastries will be available to be enjoyed at home. AND 10% of all of these sales will be donated to this vital organization.

And not to worry…we are STAFFED UP so that we can serve you in a timely manner. Our crew is amazing and everyone is so looking forward to this special day.

As always, a donation jar will be available for Lorain County Safe Harbor for those wishing to give a little more. AND their staff will be on hand starting at 9 am for anyone wanting more information.

Please stop by, take a few moments of your day and be witness to this powerful and moving installation.

With love,

Erin & Emilie
