Japanese Restaurant " ASAKA"
Originally from Osaka, Japan, Chef Koji Ando grew up and trained to received his chef's license.The Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe areas are call "KANSAI" which is the best place to study a traditional Japanese Cuisine known as "Washoku-Kappou". In 1984, Chef Koji moved to America to work for his friend's restaurant, one of the first Japanese restaurants introduced in Florida.

Since then, he has made a large client base through his innovative style and passion for food for more than two decades. In 1993, he opened his own restaurant called "Asaka" in Aventura, Florida. Today, he is still proud to have one of the few restaurants with authentic
Japanese Cuisine that can bring culture and tradition to South Florida.
