What started as an idea scribbled on paper has finally become a space where coffee, design, and community come together!

Every corner, every detail, every piece of this place carries the energy of incredible people who helped bring it to life — from our brilliant designer AENY, to our dedicated contractor NAFA, our lovely relators Sam Azar and Lauren House, Miami DDA Myrna, Carlos and Michael who welcomed us to the neighborhood with open arms and to every single person who poured their talent, care, and heart into this project.

Last but not least, to our regulars — the ones who’ve been with us through every pop-up, every early morning, and every cup — your support and belief kept this dream alive. You’re as much a part of this space as the walls themselves.

We built this place with love — for coffee, for beauty, and for connection.

We’re excited to host two incredible guest baristas — Ukrainian National Champions — who’ll be showcasing some stunning coffees, mainly from the legendary Wilton Benítez / Granja El Paraíso-92 farm in Colombia. 🇨🇴

Granja El Paraíso-92 is not just a coffee farm — it’s a place where science, innovation, and deep respect for nature come together. The Benítez family cultivates unique varieties like Geisha, Bourbon Pink, and Tabi using advanced systems such as drip irrigation, shade-grown terraces, and precise nutrition management developed in their own lab. Every coffee goes through carefully designed fermentation stages, using specific microorganisms and temperature controls to bring out the most vibrant, clean, and expressive flavors.
