Smoke This is ready to roll Saturday and Sunday, May 30 & 31. And, this weekend we will be in our hometown of Avella. If you have never experienced a Pow Wow, please join us at The Little A Town Arena in Avella. We are excited to be part of our first Pow Wow, and meeting more Avella neighbors, seeing all our followers, as well as new faces.

If you haven’t tried our signature pork or chicken parfaits, you’re in for a treat! Hope to see you this weekend, we enjoy feeding you!

Smoke This is on its way to Brownsville, getting ready to feed you at the National Pike Steam Show. In addition to our pulled pork and shredded chicken parfaits and sandwiches, we will have Homemade Italian sausage and ribs.

Going to be a nice weekend at the National Pike Days, and we’re glad to be part of it! Stop and see us and have the best day!

Is everyone over this rain? April shows bring May flowers is over! It’s time to plant those flowers. Oh, and can we get some of that rain once they are planted? I know I’m ready! And, the place to go to get your flowers and vegetables is Wagner’s Greenhouse on Skyline Drive in Hickory. If you have never been there, you need to stop. We have bought everything in our garden and yard for YEARS there! Healthy plants and great prices. And, it’s Mother’s Day weekend…and you know what that means…planting.

And, we’re happy to let you know that Smoke This will be there to feed you after you pick up your plants. We will have tents in case it rains…geez what’s the chances? And, we have takeout. Stop by, get your garden and yard ready for all the great plants at Wagner’s Greenhouse and stop by our truck, so you don’t go home hungry. And, you can also bring your husband home food in case he’s like mine, and says….you brought ALL that home? Oh, yea! Nothing like picking your own flowers to put in vases AND eating tomatoes from your garden, not those nasty things they call tomatoes in the store. Hope to see you! And, Happy Mother’s Day to all the hard working moms…that includes dog and cat moms!

Well, we all know at this point, we can’t escape winter. We get it. But, why not make the best of this dreaded long winter, by having some fun tomorrow at Birch Creek Farmery’s Winter Market in Burgettstown. So much going on there. And, Smoke This will be there too from 1-6. Stop by to start this winter and Christmas season out on a farm. Check out their page for all the fun they have planned. Hope to see you!

Thank you everyone who came to support Fix’Ur Cat and Smoke This! We appreciate your support because to us, it’s important to spay and neuter your cats and dogs! With low cost help from Fix ‘Ur Cat, many lives have been saved, and many homed. (8 of ours..btw). Please support Fix ‘Ur Cat or so many of the rescues out there. Remember…all these strays and ferals are because there are still people out there that don’t get it! And, thanks to Michelle Bruce, the director of Fix ‘Ur Cat…nothing means more to her and all of her volunteers.❤️. Always good to see all the volunteers from other rescues that support Fix ‘Ur Cat too..we all need to stick together, because saving cats and dogs is our mission! And, winter time is when my focus is making cat and dog beds for rescues..or anyone who has their personal rescue.🤔..whooo? Thank you again, all! Stay safe!

If you’ve met our BBQ, you know that we take jabs at each other and anyone that jabs at us…lol. Well, our cookout jab went to Kristin this year. Last year, we presented Chris the award for the best sale…a black rock that was part of our display..lol. Well, this year…it’s Kristin’s turn…. We presented her with a personalized bubuska to go along with those delicious pierogies she made. And, have to give a shoutout to Krystle too, who worked along with Kristin to put out all those delicious pierogies that we are going to serve at the Fix ‘Ur Cat bingo.

Smoke This is not done for the year. In 2023, before we really kicked things off, we hosted Fix ‘Ur Cat bingo. All money made at the event was donated to them. Well, this year, we’re back! We’re replacing the “lite snacks” they advertised with Smoke This bbq. Along with our pork and chicken…drum roll please…we are serving Kristin’s pierogies. Don’t know if you might have tried them at the Oktoberfest in Canonsburg or the Pumpkinfest in Houston, but they are so good!

Fix ‘Ur Cat bingo is this Sunday at the American Legion on Park Avenue in Washington. Tickets are still available. Help us support Fix ‘Ur Cat! We appreciate all the hard work they do to spay and neuter at a low cost, and try so hard to cut down on the population of ferals. Not a bingo person? Stop by, grab something to eat, make a donation. As everyone knows, Smoke This loves and appreciates our BBQ team that is always there for any and all events we need them for…and even if we don’t. They bring so much fun to every event and work so hard for us. We appreciate them so much, and had a cookout again this year for them. This year, we had special guests from the Philly area…Aunt Marlene, Sandy and Shane. Our team worked so hard and had such a great time at the Pumpkinfest, we appreciate them and everyone who came to enjoy our food. Here’s to you our friends! Thank you so much, Chris, Kristin,
