Rigby Roastery offers select micro-lots sourced from single farmers, communities and cooperatives located at celebrated geographies along the equator. All the coffee they offer is grown and sourced equitably from crop to cup with a focus on ensuring the needs of the people at every point of the supply chain are met. This family run business utilizes a controlled small batch production method that

allows for each bag to be fresh roasted to order and packaged directly at the coffee roasting machine. This process is detail oriented, superfluously clean, and quality focused.

A combination of home made zero proof amaro, hand crafted black cherry syrup, & Rum Barrel Dry/Natural process Typica from in Ecuador we roasted. 🍹🍒 🇪🇨
#2 Chai Voltage
We light roasted a spice-infused coffee from and shake it to a foam with a little tonic syrup. 😋🫚🇨🇴
#3 Mokha, Mocha, Mocha
Rustic, scrumptious, & Vegan. Rich espresso made from Yemen Mohka Peaberry coffee, Hollander Dutched Dark Chocolate Sauce, and vegan chocolate cold foam. 🍫 ✨🇾🇪

May the fourth be with you! We didn't place in the Roast Wars, but when it comes to light roasting, we're the Jedis to beat! Out of 79 coffees, our light roast was #1 with a score of 43.40 out of 50. The second and third highest light roast scores were 40.60 and 39.60. We didn't win any prizes, but this was a nice consolation. See you padawans at the next competition!
