Hudson's on the Bend

Effective as of February 15, 2017, the Prime Thyme Restaurant Group has decided to close Austin's beloved culinary institution, Hudson's On The Bend. Due to challenges that could not be overcome, the group ceased operations immediately following the completion of service on Valentine's Day.

It was with great sorrow that the group informed the management and staff of the closing.

The group has no immediate plans for the property, although they are reviewing future business options.

Operations for The Mighty Cone, also owned and managed by the group, will not be affected by the closing. In fact, one of The Mighty Cone Trucks will be coming to the Hudson's On The Bend location soon! Stay tuned…

Fans and former guests of Hudson's On The Bend are encouraged to join a mailing list that has been created to keep them informed regarding the property's future. You can subscribe by emailing [email protected] (subject line: "sign me up").

Patrons can also use that email address for inquiries regarding the restaurant.

The group would like to express its sincere thanks to the loyal employees and customers who made Hudson’s On The Bend one of Austin's culinary landmarks.
