Meet Robin, our Director of Operations!

Robin is an expert in the coffee industry, and brings a wealth of knowledge about coffee to our team, from seed to cup. As a certified Q grader and certified in CVA for Cuppers, her experience in sourcing, profiling, tasting, and serving brews is incredibly valuable to Fleet.

With a strong background in supply chain management and coffee importing, a deep love for coffee, and heart to serve others, Robin helps lead our team toward better service and extractions every day.

Robin is always sourcing green coffees at local cuppings, dialing in roast recipes, or planning Fleet’s next steps. We hope you’ve been able to see her around one of our shops!

Tomorrow Fleet will drop the Phonomenon on our new seasonal menu!
This vegan-friendly latte features Oatly oat milk infused with a beautifully balanced blend of warming spices inspired by the aromatic broth of pho. The layered spices add depth, warmth, and balance, resulting in a cozy and unexpected cup.
It’s exactly perfect!
To celebrate this win, tomorrow, February 2nd, the first 15 Phonomenon lattes ordered at each location will be on the house!

The Teenage Kicks🥥🍋‍🟩

Fleet’s take on the Painkiller–a classic Tiki cocktail. An 8-ounce beverage made with espresso, coconut cream, House-made lime grenadine, and nutmeg.

Creator: Robert Duffield, GM, Fleet Congress

This shaken espresso beverage has a frothy and creamy consistency carried by coconut, balanced with an acidic lime and pomegranate reduction. Garnished with fresh ground nutmeg, the nuttiness of the coconut is able to sing. Non-dairy.

A new interpretation of a Fleet’s classic Espresso Tonic. Espresso, Fever Tree tonic water, and house-made raspberry syrup, served over ice.

Creator: Mary Schumann, Barista, Fleet Congress

This tonic draws inspiration from Pronkstilleven; the sumptuous still-life paintings of the Dutch Golden Age! Emerging in the early 17th century, these still life paintings were created in response to the prosperity and global trade of the Dutch Republic. These works of art celebrated newfound access to luxury goods, such as imported fruits. Lavishly dressed up tables stacked high with lemons, raspberries, and oranges subtly conveyed more than a flourishing of cultural and economical growth but on a deeper level emphasized the ephemerality of earthly pleasures. These opulent renditions of oranges, raspberries, and lemons induced a deeper meditation on impermanence. Like the paintings, this tonic encapsulates a moment. The sweetness from the raspberry syrup, the effervescence of the tonic water, the aromatic brightness of the orange bitters all vanish in the matter of a few sips. This drink is temporary, it won’t last forever, the flavor is finite on our tongues but isn’t that the point? To find meaning in what is fleeting!
