Woko Loco is a fast casual restaurant focused on customizable stir fry noodle boxes. The possible combinations are endless and the result is a meal consisting of the perfect balance of vegetables, proteins, and grains. Our food is displayed raw in front of the customer and cooked to order at the moment. As it should be, it canβt get any fresher than that. The final product is a meal thatβs both nutritious and delicious.

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Line servers bridge the kitchen and our guests, ensuring that the food is out and the guests are happy. Our line servers are always organized, calm, and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure their guests have the best experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Welcoming guests with a smile
β’ Delivering food orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner
β’ Communicating regularly with and responding promptly and courteously to all guest requests
β’ Providing exemplary service to include refilling beverages and clearing tables
β’ Responding sincerely and appropriately to guest requests
β’ Thanking guests and inviting them back when leaving as well as inquiring about their dining
experience
β’ Performing opening and closing duties
β’ Maintaining a professional, composed, and calm demeanor always
β’ Properly setting up and taking down station
β’ Cutting and portioning raw foods
β’ Properly labeling, dating and filling pans
β’ Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining refrigerators, cooler drawers, and dry storage areas
β’ Stocking/restocking items
β’ Communicating with fellow staff members to ensure quality product and ticket times
β’ Adjusting to high-pressure situations
β’ Understanding and complying with food safety and temperature standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
β’ Current Food Handler certificate
β’ Ability to carry at least 30 lbs.
β’ Strong communication skills
β’ Strong interpersonal skills
β’ Ability to stand for long periods of time
β’ Ability to reach, bend, squat and lift while on the shift
β’ Able to multitask and organize
β’ Ability to work in fast-paced environments
