🍺 Distant Pines | West Coast Fresh Hop Double IPA | 8.5% ABV

🫡 Our brewer Jon just took a trip to Oregon for the Hop Harvest….He wandered through hop fields…He took in the scenery……He might have tried some b**rs….

🤔 He returned all hopped up and inspired, so he brewed a unique fresh hop DIPA that we’re releasing this Saturday!

🌱 Distant Pines West Coast Fresh Hop Double IPA is bursting with fresh hop character, bright citrus, and a sneaky little hint of peach 🍑

🌲Brewed with Nectaron, Centennial, Columbus and Cryo Fresh Cascade, bringing big notes of resinous pine, grapefruit pith and ripe peach.

👀 It’s clear, a little bitter and unapologetically West Coast, with just enough tropical fruit lurking beneath the surface to make you wonder what else is out there.

B**R RELEASE: Gloves Off Canadian-Style L***r | 5.5% 🍁 Out Friday, Oct 3!

🇨🇦 We are big hockey fans around here, so every Fall, we give a nod to Canada’s National pastime by brewing up this crispy l***r with Canadian Pilsner malt, Rye malt & corn added for subtle bready sweetness. Cascade and Mosaic hops balance this highly crushable brew with a hint of citrus on the finish.

⭐️In honor of the start of hockey season, we will be showing the Dallas Stars vs. St. Louis Blues game on our b**r hall big screen at 8:00PM on Friday too!

Come hungry to The Brewtorium Brewtoberfest!!! 🇩🇪🍺

Next Saturday, we’re breaking out an extra special German-inspired menu for our Oktoberfest Party! And yes, you’re going to want to strategize accordingly.

Prepare your belly for:

🧆Königsberger Klopse — German-style meatballs smothered in a creamy caper sauce, with German potato mash & braised red cabbage.

🌭 House made Bier Cheese + Bacon AND Bier Cheese + Bacon + Jalapeño Bratwurst on a stick served with our IPA mustard

🍄 Brown Butter Spätzle — Buttery spätzle tossed with sautéed mushrooms & braised kale. (Proof that you absolutely do not need meat to eat well at Brewtoberfest.)

🍗Chicken Schnitzel — Crispy schnitzel topped with savory mushroom gravy, served with German potato mash & braised red cabbage.
