Well friends, sadly I must announce the closing of Fiasco BBQ. The summer was brutally slow, the move to the new location didn’t prove fruitful, and some equipment failures have made remaining open untenable.

I’d like to thank everyone who supported Fiasco BBQ over the last year plus. It was our pleasure to feed you.

If you’ve enjoyed our BBQ, you have until next Friday, 9/18 to swing by and get it one last time. If you’ve been meaning to give us a try, now’s your chance!

We are proud of the food we put out, of being able to generate jobs for people, and grateful for the opportunities to give back to the community through various fundraisers and donations.

We hope to see you one last time!

Y’all, it’s time to rally for Texas BBQ. We are on the razor’s edge after an abysmal July and August. I get it, it’s hot, and BBQ might not be your go to when it’s hot, that’s why we developed our light and refreshing sides…so you don’t feel like it’s bedtime after eating.

And the economy sucks, and you’re paying more for groceries so eating out seems like a luxury.

I get it, believe me. But in order for craft BBQ to survive, we need you! We all have affordable specials. I have a whole meal special for $20! And it’s much better than fast food (also, we are fast). Heck, stop by just for a snack!! It helps!

The big guys are still doing fine, if you like those lines. It’s the little guys with high-quality food, and a passion for BBQ and hospitality that need your support.

Break out of your comfort zone and give us a chance. If you don’t love it, let us know so we can make it right.

There is so much out there to explore and we all have our own voice. Come and listen, taste, and enjoy.

You can also order online at FiascoBBQ.com and even set your pickup time (as long as it isn’t after hours). We won’t even slice the meats until you get here so you know it’s fresh!

I’ll be honest—the summer has been tough.
As a small BBQ trailer, we feel it. Some days there is a line, other days we’re wondering if anyone is going to pull up.
But we’re still here, still firing up the pit, and still doing what we love.
Every plate, every order, every person who stops by means a lot to us.
If you’ve supported our little trailer, thank you. Truly.
