So it's a very sad day for me and my whole team but i must annonce that the ongoing issues with the pandemic imports etc sky high import prices lack of customer did not go unnoticed in my company. I try to fight it with different investment exchange of staff etc and counting on Services that was just not what it was . So i decided today i don't want to burn anymore money and close down the company as it was. German gourmet will close it's doors tomorrow 28th of August 2021 at the end of the day.
Of course everything in the store that's now in boxes is still for sale but has to be picked up tomorrow.
My employee Maggy and me is thankful for every client but it would tomorrow Impossible to take care of any shipping.

This is also personal a very very sad day but i saw this coming.
I am not sure what the future bring, i might find a way to import products and advertise it another way but with those cost running the company i had yo use my retirement funds which are now depleted.
The pandemic didn't do me personally and business wise a big favor (we lost a lot of good friends etc ) but the income wasn't provided for quite some time in addition to the ongoing issues
And health wise i see this all is stressing me that much that i feel sooner or later i get a hearth attack.
I thank every of my loyal customer over the years .
I might come up with a new concept to do better but with 40.000 pesos in ongoing costs plus import shipping and only 1-2 customers a day i can't survive this.
I wish all the best and if there is another chance to offer German Products to Mexico i will see if we can do better.
