Get hype for tomorrow! We’re showing off our Ebi (shrimp katsu) to get you excited for tomorrow.

These ebi (shrimp) are breaded in panko and lightly fried to perfection. Drizzled with our house-made teriyaki sauce and seaweed (nori). As usual, it is served on a bed of white rice, cabbage, and ginger. Pictured is our homemade seaweed salad. Chef recommends it (;

Today we are featuring Chef’s favorite dish. The NY Strip. He recommends it with added tofu.

Our hand-cut ribeye loin is seared to perfection on our hibachi grill to create an ideal medium rare. It’s topped with our savory house-made garlic steak sauce and garnished with seaweed (nori). As per usual, it is served on a bed of rice with ginger and cabbage. (This picture shows extra ginger)

sweet, spice, and everything nice. welcome our new take on an old favorite.

Our classic marinated jumbo popcorn chicken meets our new house made pineapple habanero infused sweet and sour glaze. These two are tossed together to craft the perfect combination of sweet, spicy, and sour! Like all of our dishes, it is served on a bed of white rice accompanied by ginger, cabbage, and nori flakes (seaweed) sprinkled on top.
